2011 135i w/SPORT SEATS or NON-SPORT SEATS

Guys I am about to buy a 2011 135i however I cannot tell by the window sticker if the car has "SPORT SEATS". It has Boston Leather, Premium Package which includes "power seats" and "SPORT SUSUPENSION".

Does anyone know if the INCLUDED SPORT SUSPENSION (there is no additional cost on the sticker) automatically upgrades the steering wheel and seats?

Ultimately the dealer will be sending me some photos which will determine 100% but I am waiting in anticipation if this is my new car or not. I don't know if I would buy the car without the "SPORT SEATS"

Thanks,

Michael

sounds to me a regular 135i without m pkg. so regular seats. you can verify this via the price sheet.

Definitely doesn't have M Sport package.

Where can I get the price sheet?

If no m pkg, then no sport seat either. if you really like the current build, then consider some aftermarket sport seat which are also really good.

price sheet? inquiry from your dealer then.

There is, or at least was, a F/S ad here that had the sport seats from a 128i. Could be a consideration (though there may be a concern about power, non power, airbags, etc.).

Sport seats were mandatory for me, I didn't consider any cars without them. I am glad I did it - the "normal" seats are adequate but hell by the time I got a car I really wanted, modded it, etc. I would have been annoyed at myself forever for skimping there.

I got pretty good at ID'ing the seats from pictures (size / shape of the bolsters and if the front lower section could be pulled out or not). You may be as well but if not post a pic or two and you'll get an answer for sure.

You really need to test-drive both. I found the regular seats in the 128i unsupportive for me, mainly along the left side (like I was going to slide off the left-front part of the seat). But I'm a pretty big guy -- your mileage may vary. Plenty of folks here like them just fine.

I did not drive a 135i with Premium but without the M package. I really have no idea what seat that would have. I assume it's the same seat as the 128i but I could be wrong.

You need to drive them.

They ended up being NON-sport seats. Really sucks because otherwise the car was perfect. 2011 135i with DCT, 1,100 miles YES eleven hundred miles, MSRP of $42,150 for $32,000 !!!!

So close, dont think I can live without the sport seats !!!

Well.... if it's that great of a deal it may be worth the work to retrofit them.
