Smile APEX ARC-8 light weight wheels - [1000+ in stock ready to ship]

18" APEX ARC-8 WHEELS - IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP
ApexRaceParts.com - Aftermarket Performance EXpress

We now have over 1000+ wheels in stock, including all 4 finishes of the 1 series specific wheel
All orders ship same or next day!

These wheels are Flow-Formed (roll-forged barrel) and available in 4 popular finishes.
Strength is a priority so the load rating has been set to 703KGS.
Weights ranges from 18.2lbs for the rear wheels and 18.45lbs for the fronts.
All the 18" wheel barrels were modifed in order to clear a stoptech 380mm BBK.
Camber plates are a MUST to run anything larger then a 225/40/18 extreme summer tire up front. some less aggressive 235's will fit without issue.
18x8.5" and 18x9.5" fitment is recommended but two highly modified cars are running the 9" front wheel
Recommended tire sizes for the front on the 8.5" rim is a 245/35/18. 255/35/18's can be used but a front fender roll may be required depending on tire model/brand
The rear can easily accomidate 275/35/18 tires, but 265/35/18 is very popular.
Note: that wide rear tires will contact the inner subframe while car is jacked up off the ground, such as r-compounds.
This is not an issue at all and there is plenty of clearance once the suspension settles.

Wheels are available online through ApexRaceParts.com
You can go Directly to our 1 series section by CLICKING HERE or on the wheel sizes listed below

Three 1 series fitments are available:

18x8.5" et38 - 18.45lbs - $289
18x9.0" et42 - 18.65lbs - $299
18x9.5" et62 - 18.20lbs - $314

We have 17x8.5" et38 wheels. Many people run this size, but the tire size you can run on it depends on your suspension as camber plates make a significant difference in how much front tire can be run without rubbing.

Anthracite is a very popular finish on red cars, but all 4 look good.

Those tire sizes would work perfectly fine on a completely stock 135i. If you add negative camber to the car, then in the future you can run wider front tires, and the rear can fit more as well.

Shipping to 07644 is: $92.52

The apexraceparts.com site automatically calculates shipping for you when you enter your zip code. All 4 finish are in stock and ready to ship.

I've got Hankook V12 in stock tire sizes and BMW performance suspension,
will these wheels accept the tires and bolt on with no issues?

They would be very undersized for these wheels. It would fit, but it would be stretching the tires noticeably. The wheels accept OEM lugs.

Bump for these wheels. That's my Space Gray (D 103) @ Laguna. Love these wheels. They've held up well for street use too with 245/35/18's up front and 265's in the rear. A little wheel wax and they stay clean with just the occasional quick spray with the hose.

I'm looking forward to seeing the car in person. Did BR Racing do the work. I remember meeting a customer there who was getting a lot of work done on their 135i.
