The BMW Owners Circle website says no 2008 owner's manuals online yet.

I remember it took forever for the 2006 manual to show up after I bought my 330. It was almost 2007 before they got 2006 up, so don't hold your breath.

What we need is someone who already picked up their car to scan it to a PDF. Anyone? Anyone?

I asked my dealer to let me borrow the manual from their demo for a few days, which they did.
