Rear Spoiler 2011 E82 **PICS**

I wasn't interested in a carbon fiber rear spoiler so i purchased this from amazon and took a risk. Whats Your Thoughts???

My review of this spoiler is best bang for your buck if you don't want Carbon or want a customer color. A local shop painted and installed this for under 100$. that being said for $180.00 i couldn't beat the price.

Looks good, but I know you can get the painted (color matched to your car) from eBay for $88 shipped.

I have that same exact one and it's a perfect fit. Came w/ the 3M adhesive kit (cleaner, tape, etc)

Nice - do you have pics of it installed. I kept hearing installs were a pain from the ebay Models and the color was off. I was just surprised that the one i bought matched perfect from edge to edge and across the trunk line.

Well, I do have Jet Black, so perhaps it's a little easier to match than other colors. I don't have any pix, but probably can get some up later. It looks exactly like yours does installed though and the install was really easy. As long as the surface is clean and you apply the tape in a "stretched" fashion so it goes on thin, there really shouldn't be any install problems. I just placed it on the deck loosely and marked off my corners with painter's tape beforehand.

Either way, the price you paid for the install and the perfectly matched paint isn't bad... it looks like it sits quite nicely!

My $88 ebay spoiler fit perfect! It was my very first mod on my car, easy to install, and it came painted. Also, from what I understand the Amazon spoilers are the same as the ebay, they both come from China.

Do you have pictures of the spoiler? how are they different from the stock spoiler?

My problem is that my car came without the stock one so I don't know how different is from the stock one.

Nice. Looks like it's the same size as the carbon one that jbspeed and other brands sell.

I had the carbon one myself but ended up going with a more aggressive, less common carbon trunk lip from Mode Carbon.

I can't find that spoiler for sale anywhere. I got my ebay CF spoiler for $100 and besides some sanding to make it fit, it looks good. I don't plan on keeping for long though, it's a place holder for a SLEK CSL trunk lid.
