Couple years ago - before back surgery(s)....I worked out weekly with a friend who was a former O-Lineman from the NFL. I was still playing VB on the weekends and trying to sustain fitness/strength. He and I became friends after I helped him find a business venture.

The amount of weight this guy could move was STAGGERING....but he always said, 'it's not how much weight you move, but rather how you move the weight.'

That comment always stuck with me.

What's the german word for the only flat portion of her shirt created by the material being stretched over her 4" dia belly button, er... belly cavern?

Probably has something to do with Mr.SugarSkulls since that's another orifice for him to put his tongue. Mmmmm, bet that tastes spectacular.
