Are the tires rubbing the fender lip, or are they rubbing the liner in the inside of the tire?

Switching to 255s may be your best bet.

If you change the size you will set of a hole bunch of sensors UNLESS YOU DU THE SAME FOR THE FRONT 1 the abs at high speeds 2 the tire monitoring sensors and your traction control, sounds like you got the wrong offset on the wheels that you purchased i would check what belongs there should be a 35 not a 20

there rubbing on the inside of the fender lips. they rub when i go round a corner a little quick and when i hit a ditch in the street.the wheels are staggered so the front once are fine.

What size is your rim? 19x8, 8.5, 9, or 9.5? Call the people you bought the rims from and ask what the offset is for the front and the rear rims. I think 255-30-19 is the biggest tire you can go with that wont rub assuming you have the proper offset in the rear wich would be between 50-55mm i think.

I think that is the solution in your case.

19x9.5 +45 with a 265 is extremely aggressive for a 1-Series. You'll need to run a 245 tire at the widest with some fender rolling to cure the issue.

A few of us have wheels with those specs, et 45 and 9.5 inch wide rears. If you stick with your suspension as is you should be able to run most 245/35 rear tires and some 255/30's. I don't know if anyone makes a 245/30/19 but that would work too.

My wheels are the same and my car is lowered and I don't rub.

We've had a few customers have success with running our 9.5 +50 V710's with 255 Hankook V12's in the rear at stock height.

fenders MUST be rolled. smaller tire profile and width does help too.
