My car was released to the trucking company last wed June 19 and as of today the dealer told me the truck that showed up today did not have my car on it. I am hopeful that it will be here next week. Tucson is a small market so I am guessing it takes a little longer to get a load together.

As of June 2013, 203 135is shipped to USA and this is the only one with this combination! Rare rare rare... ooorah!

You had a 2013 135i with the same combo? I imagine there's a story there. Got any interior shots? I don't think I've seen any 135is with savannah beige interior.

I did have them fit the front plate, mostly because a mate of mine just got a ticket last week for not having one on his Audi A3 and I'm from the UK where they'll put you in jail for life for not having one! To me, it looks fine and is not that big of a deal.

I have only been able to go out for a quick 10 minute spin so far, but the car feels great. I have been holding out for years for an M3, but finally came to accept that is not going to happen any time soon. I decided to give the 1 series a try and I think I'm going to be very happy with my decision.

AGAVELEK, ha.. are 135is's were ship mates on the Mignon. I picked my beast up from the dealer on May 31st. Cheers!

Unfortunately, my first beast floated away during hurricane Sandy, the monster had only 250 miles.

Here is a pic of the Savannah interior from my 135i not the 135is. The headliner was Savannah and the interior trim was Anthracite vs a Black headliner and Aluminum trim on our 135is's.

That's not what yours looks like on your 135is does it? Or is that on your x3?

Unfortunately, we just get a sticker whereas the newly named "M Performance Package" on the F30 gets a new fancy cover:

That is what I have under the 135is however my old 135i which also had the version 2 performance power kit installed at the VPC did not have this. Perhaps the VPC techs forgot it then.

Here's my baby this morning as I stood there for a minute looking at it in awe as I walked back to my car at the market.

Needless to say, I parked nowhere near any of the other cars to keep her safe. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic.

Chunner, interesting and cool -- yours is the first 135is I've heard of with this set up (the gray air clearner and M performance emblem) under the hood stock from the factory. I think all others have the sticker with stock air cleaner or, worse yet, no sticker at all.

Anyone else receive their 135is stock like Chunner's pic from the factory?

Hello all, I just wanted to stop in a give an update on my car. It came over on the California Highway which as of today is anchored in the port of baltimore. I have a feeling that she wont get off until the port in south carolina as the final destination is the performance center. Anyone else know where they are supposed to get off when headed for performance center? I'm scheduled to pick her up on August 1st so I've still got over a month to wait. I also wanted to ask how Chunner knew how many 135is were shipped here. I didn't realize this was going to be such a rare car!!

My wife and I took delivery of our (her) 135is last Monday. Space Gray, Black Leatherette, 6 speed, Heated Seats, Comfort Access. Looks like we are the only ones to Space Gray with Leatherette! 70 days from the order was put in to delivery. Loving it so far. 500 miles in. 1200 can't come soon enough! She is pretty handy with a camera too. Many more pictures were taken.

And here I thought I was the only leatherette person. Interesting that it's only showing one black leatherette with space gray but 5 or 6 (can't see right now) with mineral grey.

Looks great and I never get sick of seeing the IS's. =)

By the way, as a heads up, since I got the tech package and not the premium package and figured I would just have to pay for Sirius (though it was then offered for free), the cars seem to come wired for sirius, but literally the menu is hidden unless you pay the dealer like $500+tax to unlock it, or you can use bimmer-tech to remotely code it and turn it on for a couple hundred less, which is what I did. Been a painful learning experience, but I wanted my darn Sirius.

Now if only Sirius had a 24-hour 135is exhaust channel. ha!
