Track Day Pics - Montego Blue

Car did great, even in the rain with the run flats. Rain did limit us to about 120MPH in the kinked straight at PIR, but the car could have gone way faster, and better rubber would save huge time on some of the corners there. All and all I was extremly impressed...and so was the R8, multiple 996 Turbos, and Lotus owners I spoke with.

Some of my favorite pics, there is a ton here (and they are still adding more)

Look at my sig, I need to update it as the H&R Sports and grill are no longer on order but installed.

I also just received my new Performance Front Disks today. The current front brakes temped out at 305 degrees after my last session, I will have actual proof whether the new ones run any cooler at my next track day June 5th.

Awesome pics! Where did you get the replacement kidneys? How did you like the H&R Sports?

Put it in the corner!

I plan on buying some of the pics, just have not decided which ones yet. When I do I will post them.

To answer the other questions, I really like the H&R Sports. The car rides very balances all over the track. There is great switchback 100ft elavation drop 180 right than left section at PIR and they felt perfect. I was all set to get sway bars as well, but I will have to wait for another session on a completely dry hot track to decide, at this time I do not think the car needs them. Autocross may be different though.

The H&R Sports are great on the track you say but how are they on the street? Is the ride a lot more harsh then stock?

I love the pic with the water rolling off the front:thumbup:

They feel very stock until you hit a pothole or big crack in the road, than they are more "harsh", but all in all they are not that much different.
