BTW this particular forum is completely for the conversation about 2011 1 Series M Coupes. There has been countless conversation about the allocation of units and the colors and options available since the inception of the car.

Please rest assure that it is unlikely that you're dealer will be able to provide any new or earth shattering details. I doubt I would take any facts that they provide as to the bank.

Also, Its cool because they came in black and white as well as orange!

The 1st or 740th depending on how you look at it was brought in by BMW NA and used as the Pace Car for the 2011 Rolex Daytona 24 race. It was never sold and is on display at the factory in South Carolina.

BMW continued to make the 1M for Europe and other countries into the Summer of 2012 for a total count of 6309 World Wide..

A dealer in Mexico city sold (supposedly) the last 1M for Mexico, last February as a 2012 model. BMW´s local page had the configurator for the 1M until March when they introduced the M135 (F20)

No one has told me an accurate number of cars in my country, some say 20, other say 200... this is gonna be a mistery..
