Please tell me its not going to be $2000 like the 335 exhaust. If so I just dont think I could justify it.

I'm about to give up on the HPF fmic + bov kit coming out.

I have been informed by other members on here that HPF parts are top quality but they never meet deadlines or abandon projects altogether. This has happened once already for the bov kit after waiting 6 months with a simple sorry and lets move on and do the exhaust instead. I feel like I'm purposely being ignored each time I bring up the bov kit as well.

Are we still on track to get these parts soon or should we look elsewhere? I'm leaning towards the Evolution Raceworks setup now.

We are installing our rapid prototypes on Tim's car as we speak. It is still a little ways off though. As long as they fit correctly, then we have to send them out for production. I will post up pics hopefully later today.

Chris.
I look forward to seeing some photos later today to see how much progress you guys have made.

I'm not sure why this hasn't been at the top of your list at the moment. You started a new thread for this BOV kit, generate plenty of interest then come up with an exhaust. We already have tons of options for exhausts and your prototype isn't necessarily everyones cup of tea.

Your FMIC is already on the market and you've decided to implement the Synapse BOV for this kit so there is less work there. The only thing left is to work on is intercooler piping and the charge pipe and then you've got a complete kit. I think your BOV kit looks much nicer and cleaner than the other designs out there, I would have thought you would try to get these out first.

Anyways, can we get some actual dates along with the photos? We were told in Decembeer they would be out start of March. If it gets pushed back any later we will be looking at almost a full year of waiting. As I said, if you can give us dates we can decide if it's worth waiting for. I'm a fan of your products but I need to weigh up the option of waiting for something that hasn't been set in stone yet or move onto the Evolution Raceworks setup or another option.

Just thought Id add that they justify the price with all the R&D they put into the product. So they basically make us wait and charge us for it haha

We are a little slow to get back on this project, but we are back on it. Here's a picture of the rapid prototype of the main pipe. We are now changing the 2nd pipe so we should have a rapid prototype of that in a little bit.

We will be selling the section in the picture separately from the lower pipe if those just want the top section. It connects to the factory IC piping, or the complete HPF piping can be used which will connect to the HPF FMIC or most of the other aftermarket IC's out there.

Thanks Chris, look forward to even more pics in due time. I'm after the full HPF fmic + bov kit including all the piping. I know the BOV is only for sound and I really like the sound of the Synapse so I'm happy with HPF's choice. So what time-frame are we looking at Chris?

yes HPF does fabricate their own stuff!

Once a fabrication piece is designed, then it is sent out for a prototype and then if all works then sent out for production.
