Marcus, your so efficient....I had look at Ferry crossing times and from what I can see there is only one Sunday return time which is late in the afternoon so maybe Fri-Mon might be better?

I don't mind either, depends more on others I guess. There are some Sun AM returns from IOM to Birkenhead. If you don't mind having a look at the Sun return schedules for the end of Nov to the first 2 weeks of Dec - it would be great. I presume this is when most can make it?

Provided I can get the time off, the only weekend I cannot make would be 7th-9th Dec.

Dates noted, if someone could kindly have a look at crossing schedules via Steam Packet Ferry company, it would be great.

I've pm'ed everyone the google maps itinerary. There is no specific driving route we have to follow, but I've drawn out the TT circuit and some nice roads we have to drive on as many times as possible

. Also, places to go are obviously included on the map.

Seems like for sunday crossings we have option to Birkenhead,depart IOM 8.00 - arrive 12.15 or 19.45 - arrive in Heysham 23.15.

Departing Heysham to IOM - 02.15 or 14.15 Thur or Fri

Think the Heysham to IOM at 1415 and IOM to Birk at 0800 would be the obvious choice I guess.
