When I ordered mine, I was told 8-9 weeks on average.

Hendrick just opened a new dealership near my house (Yea !!!!!!!!). 5 1 series in stock on opening day, 3 128s and 2 135s. 1 Really, really nice 128, Crimson red with sport package.

From what I'm reading (and since it's an NA engine) I'm assuming aside from a better drop-in filter you could leave the engine alone. Seems like the rear sway bar was a little dinky at 12mm.. what else? |

Lots of info in the 128i N52 section. Read up in there and your mind will be blown away with the gains you can get from it.

I could have had mine in 6 weeks or a little less if I hadn't waited for PCD. I wouldn't accept a generic 8 or 9 week answer. I would ask specifically for the manufacturing slot they are essentially selling you. They know if they take the time to look. I had two dealerships quoting nearly identical prices so the manufacturing slot was the deciding factor for me.

DISA, tune, and headers are the big power gainers. Depending on what you go with you should be able to squeeze an extra 40-70hp from the engine. Lots of information in the N52 section.

Yeah, those 128s were hard to find with both Sport Package and MT.
That was the baseline BMW and step was often the only "option" I saw (if you can call that an option). That 128 is a solid ride. Only option I'd need is sport package with the standard MT. Solid car at a good price.
