VMR 18x8.5 et45 18x9.5 et50 PSS question

Hello all -

I have a 08 135i with VMR 18x8.5 et45 - 18x9.5 et50. I was curious if anyone has ever run this setup with 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear PSS's. My front fenders are rolled - I do not believe the rears have any work done.

I have 225 front - 255 rear right now and it looks like there should be enough room but I thought I'd check and see if someone has tried this before.

Edit: To add - I have Eibach pro kit springs and M3 front suspension bits/M3 rear subframe bushings.

Another option may be 245/35/18 fronts - not sure if anyone has had experience with these sizes and offsets though.
