► AluFelgen© ▬ New Company. New Products - CSL wheels exclusive for the 1-Series!

AluFelgen Company is pleased to introduce OEM Reproduction wheels for BMW enthusiasts and we have not forgotten about the 1-Series community! One hundred percent designed at the OEM level, quality & specifications. We will focus all our efforts into the BMW market only. We are on schedule to launch our 19" Style 127M (CSL) and follow up with a proper 166M (M5) and 167M (M6) replica wheel in 19" as well. We will also bring back the classic 19" 162.

Replica wheel manufacturers have a tendency to manufacture a wheel for all applications. You can clearly see the same wheel profile regarding of the wheel width. Not in our case. We will manufacture the wheels profile and offset specifically for your vehicle to prevent the typical “replica” wheel look created when wrong offsets are used. We also manufacture the wheels 99% in appearance to the original.

Our wheels are manufactured with the highest quality casting method as oppose to most replica wheels manufacturers who prefer to use a cheaper casting method, Gravity casting, that creates easily bent and hard to balance wheels. Our cast wheels are made by Low Pressure casting which is the same used by Ronal to manufacture all BMW OEM wheels. All wheels are also clearcoated for better appearance. All our setups would be staggered as well.

We decided to introduce our company with a proper CSL replica wheel simply because the market does not offer it yet. The are two current CSL offerings and on one the spoke thickness is clearly narrower than the original CSL design and the other one lacks the concavity of the CSL, both giving you the typical replica look instead of the OEM look you are trying to achieve.

We would love to explore the possibility of manufacturing a wheel specifically for you. As you can see below our CSL is dead-on with the OEM CSL. I think the CSL looks phenomenal on the 1-series, however, the market lacks a 1-series specific offset. We would like to see your interest and opinions and if there is enough demand we would have no problems making it a 1-Series specific offset in 18" or 19" for you!

Here are photos of the actual product:

What kind of finish do your wheels have? This has been an issue with some of the replicas currently out.

I would be interested in a staggered 8"/9" setup with correct 1-er offset. The current CSL reps (8.5/9.5) I have seen come too close to sticking out of the fenders. I want to be able to lower my car and not have to worry about rolling the fenders.

I'm definitely interested in these especially if the offsets don't make the tires look like they're sticking out of the fender.

I've been in the market for a set of 19" CSL reps for months but I'm always hesitant with the current choices since the offsets available for the 1er leads to rubbing with certain tires and they don't look flush to the fender. There's also the issue of really mediocre paint quality of the current replicas on the market (too thin, delicate, etc.). Would definitely be interested if you guys address these problems!

Again, yes yes yes yes yes, hell yes. I haven't bought the VMR CSL staggered setup cause of rubbing issues.

So if you do an 8"/9" staggered setup with proper offsets, I am so in.

In gunmetal too please

Basically, this is the look I want (not my car) with wheels nicely tucked into the fenders. I just don't care for these wheels and I plan to stick with 18's.

Also, just noticed you mentioned $999 introductory pricing for a set of 19"s on e90post. Do you feel that will also be about right for 1er wheels as well?

We can offer any finish you might be interested on. If we make a production we can make a few sets in gunmetal, matte black and silver.

They are powder coated. We have never had a problem with the finish.

Agreed. A 8.0F/9.0F would be the most ideal fitment for the one series.

Correct.

You won't have to worry about paint quality with our products.

Got it.

I don't think 8.5F/9.5R is appropiate size for the 1-Series. We really recommend nothing wider than a 8.0F/9.0R.

Yes. We could probably keep it in the same ballpark.

The OEM offsets are 18x7.5ET47 and 18x8.5ET49. The issue with the current offerings is that they are trying to make the wheels fit when they don't. A proper setup should not have the wheels sticking out of the fenders. That is not aggressive. That is not properly done. We believe a 8.0F/9.0R with the appropiate offsets would be just what the 1-series needs. You can even run 235/265.

These would look cool too: OEM Style #19 17x8. Found on E39 5-Series 97-03.

Also love these for the E90-93 OEM style #179
