Problem with sensor LAMBDA Hellp

i meet to day open the engine light ?and i went for bmw store for check and they told my i will need replace the Part Lambda monitor sensor (part number. 78-7-545-075)you now any one if i can do anything else ? they ask my 500$

Do they mean lambda o2? If so that's your precat o2 sensor. I believe ECS sells them, if not PM Tischer.
