Sorry about the leeches, but I'm more worried about the fellow enthusiast who is running with (treadless) RFTs after 30000km including a track day and multiple tyre repairs. I knew he was concerned about keeping up at 60-120km/h in the wet, but now we know just how nervous ...

Guys,

Great to meet you all and drive through the spurs yesterday. The crappy weather certainly made the drive more challenging - perhaps more for me given the state of my tires.... I'm positive I had at least another 10,000kms left in them!

Either way, i'm going to get this sorted out asap (seems the popular choice are the pilot sport super sports)... Dialing vans...

Carl - cheers for organising and setting up the lunch also. Your pace notes made life much easier for when i fell behind.

Peter - funny story re the leaches! Damn those buggers are fast!

I did take some video footage, just need to work out how to extract it and edit it (most of it was eating the dust of Tim's 1M

).

It's a sad day when the fast-in, all-out E92 320d pulls away and there's nothing we can do to stop him ...

Glad the cruise went smoothly minus the tree, TPMS and the leeches lol
