Interior care questions/exhaust tips

What is the best way to clean the alcantara or whatever suede like material is on the interior of my 1M? It seems to catch a decent amount of lint and other particles.

What else should I use for regular interior car care? How often is it safe to treat the leather with a product like leatherique? I don't want my interior to have a shiny armor all look to it, just want to maintain the new look of it as long as I can.

Can anyone recommend a good vacuum to use for the interior? On detailers domain there is a nice one but it is like $250 and I really don't want to spend that much coin on a car vac....I am going to Home Depot today to buy a leaf blower to dry my car, thinking about picking up a vac too...

If I clean my car weekly I can keep the tips looking fine, but if its any more than a week I notice a residue buildup that is hard to clean off. My cousin told me about SOS pads...might try those.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
