Adding 3M Clear Bra to dulled paint

MY car is a 2008 135i and the front end is somewhat 'worn' from road debris.
Will adding clear bra help glossify the paint or will it amplify the dull ?

No, to polish your car. They can get it looking brand new. Dr Colorchip works well if you have knicks in your paint.
