Cashmere Silver

I'm really eager to see this color on an actual car. For the life of me, I just can't visualize what it will look like.

I'd had hope it would look good over Coral, but the more I look at the sample in the brochure PDF, the more it looks like it has too much gold/bronze in it to look good with Coral. The thing is, I'm not sure what upholstery color it would go best with, other than black. Saddle or Terra, maybe? I just don't want a black interior.

Beyond Cashmere Silver, I'd like to see the Crystal Blue. These are my two top choices. If I don't like them, I'm going with Alpine White over Coral.

I would love to see Cashmere Silver...with Terra and 261M's.
If it looks as nice as it sounds, it's a winner.

Sounds like a color that a retired couple would purchase... no offense to those who are happily retired, but you know what I mean.

Yes I know what you mean, except if this color is close to the platinum silver on the 3series convt...it's very nice...
screams money to me rather than age and therefore somewhat inappropriate for the sporty 1-er.
But I definitely want to see it because I think it will show the 1-er lines off to great effect.

Is that Platinum Silver or Platinum Bronze? For some reason I thought they called it Platinum Bronze? Either way, I do like that color.

My dad has a 645 that is Mineral Silver, and I'm really hoping the Cashmere is close to this color. It's silver, but definitely has some bronze/gold undertones. These are the best photos I could find of the color:

Yes, you're right...platinum bronze...my dealer has a 3-er convert and I saw it with the top up...looked really nice. I thought the 1er, with surfaces going everywhere would be great for a light toned metallic. Terra or straight black leather would set it off.
