I picked up mine tonight. Since I got it so late I have to make do with photos in craptacular light for the time being.
The leather is a little more red than the picture shows. But it's definitely not to much red: Fluorescent lighting and on-camera flash, now that's a professional photography there: Nice menacing front: Gratuitous brake shot: I'm trying to give y'all some idea of how the interior and exterior go together: Anybody else notice a stripe effect in the black carpet? Sorry, I don't like it. Way too much red for me. Ah well, it's your choice. Enjoy!

I don't think it really looks different based on the lighting. It's just very challenging to get the white balance right on the camera in that situation and get a consistent photograph as a result. I tried some post processing but I still can't get an accurate representation of what you really see.

The massive thunderstorms never fully developed and now the sun is out. Unfortunately the car did get rained on, so it's a bit dirty, but it's the best I can do for now.
Definitely not to much red: Somewhere under there are two turbos: Tint and invisible bra go on tomorrow. Hopefully this weekend the weather will cooperate and I can go somewhere and shoot a bunch of photos. Also I will have high-res shots posted soon. I'm hoping to find the best way to show off this color combo for other people who are curious about it. Last edited by KeithLM; 08-20-2011 at 12:42 AM. |

I think the red on red looks pretty hot!

I love your car, but with the great CR with black shadowline trim, the awesome Coral red and black interior, may I ask why you got silver interior trim instead of black??? |

Well I had the opportunity to see the red/red/aluminum combo and I really liked it. One thing is that with the shift knobs and door handles being aluminum (although not textured) it matches a bit. Also it just provides a bit more of an accent, more contrast.

More pics from me. I have the shadowline grills installed and the tint was done. The car is still dirty, I didn't have time to wash it yet.
By the way, my pics in full resolution are located here. I used flash on these first few to highlight the difference in the grill. First up, the old grills: Now with one grill done: Both grills: All finished: Facing the sun: See the nice dark tint? I'm trying to give some idea of the rear tint with this one: Another side view: With all this brake dust, who needs powder coating? (I do, I do) Last edited by KeithLM; 08-20-2011 at 01:00 AM. OH YAH, I didn't notice you had the auto. That makes sense. Having silver in 3 spots makes it match better. Awesome color car and interior. I bet you SNAP alot of necks. Better fill the trunk with neck braces.
