If one uses the iPod adapter with the standard audio system, can you still select tracks using a display somewhere on the radio? The Premium audio claims to have a display for title and artist, but the standard one doesn't-- so are you reduced to picking playlists almost randomly and selecting songs from them by ear alone?

Yes, from what I understand, it will show two rows of text on the stereo display. I can't remember who, but someone who has taken delivery posted that the interface is very good, and specifically said... "no need to get iDrive for the iPod." or something like that.

Yes, I'm hoping someone will test lossless audio on it... ALC in particular.
