To actually answer your question, the usual provider for ODBII port tuning is Jim Conforti and his "Shark Injector" series.

He has yet to release anything for the N54 engines.

The only announcement about something like that is from Jim Conforti. He has been tuning BMW's forever and has a standalone unit that can download SW into the DME via the OBD port. It's called the Shark Injector.

When the new SW is uploaded, the factory SW is saved onto the device - and you can swap between the 2 anytime. This is for the older cars, but he will soon release a version for the N54.

Thanks for your answer I understand that the Shark injector works like as a Flashloader but....
My question should have been if there is a program like VAGCOM out there which can allow me to get rid of i.e get rid DRL(w/o)getting the euro switch, reset CEL, Adjust HID heights, reset fault codes, Enable horn when locking the car ETC.. I can do it with my laptop VAG uses USB to OBD port

Short answer: no.

There is only one such device - it's what the dealers use. Even if it were available through retail (it isn't), it costs a crazy amount of money - around $20k from what I've heard.

And it's not just software, there is a hardened tablet-like device that runs it, so I don't know what OS it's based on.

But there are other means to achieve some of the items on your list:
- You can turn DRL on/off via the OBC
- Visual signals for lock/unlock - unfortunately the audible indicator is not available in the US without an alarm (was available in my 335 during Euro Delivery)
- Many others

CELs and fault codes can be reset with aftermarket readers if I recall.

For aiming the HID's, there's always the trusty screwdriver.
