Anyone seen a 135i Manual on the lot that I could take for a test drive?

none in the south bay. I called 5 dealerships. I test drove a 335 manual and the 135 auto. I think that this gave me a good idea of the tranny and the over all car.

Crevier's getting one at some point, but I'm not a patient person and wanted to see it sooner rather than later.

same boat as gargoyal, gave me a good enough feeling of the car to love the 135 over the 335.
I called up my SA from Valencia, where I bought my Z4 and I haven't got a call back yet. I haven't tried Irvine or Long beach bmw yet.

Long Beach has a 135 auto (or did on Saturday). McKenna had two 135i autos.

I'm looking for a manual too. I want to try the short shifter.

Update: Long Beach won't have a stick for about a month. This is getting ridiculous.

I am less than impressed with the overall service from Valencia BMW. I also did not receive a phone call back.

Sorry guys, I think I got one of the first manual at LB. Had deposit there since Jan 07 :-) Btw, didn't someone just took delivery of a AW 6 speed at Crevier

I think the dealer's have delivered quite a few manuals, but trying to get a manual demo is another issue.

Apparently the dealers believe that no one drives stick shift anymore.
