Long Beach BMW: great, but cannot sort by transmission type.
Crevier: Best I've seen so far.

I'm not sure how often or how updated the dealer inventory sites are..

Irvine BMW has a good listing of inventory and allows a variety of searches and filters.

They also seem to keep this updated as well.
