How about new membership grades?

Level 0: Hears or reads about or even sees or is told about a 1 series
Optional Level 1: Strategises about justifying the purchase of a 1 series
Level 2: Is close to ordering one but wants more info
Level 3: Has just placed an order but wants to know whether he/she left something out from the order
Level 4: Is finally happy with order and is waiting and drooling over other similar orders
Level 4a: Is close to killing himself
Level 5: Is close to getting car now and feels the rush of impending graduation
Level 6: Gets the car and is thrilled to bits to share emotions an experiences
Level 7: Calms down and shares more cogent experiences
Level 8: Smiles calmly at the impatience and indecision of lower level members
Level 9: Achieves true enlightenment

i think the waiting thing really is working to bankrupt me. i started off with a base car and have gradually added a whole bunch of options on it i never wanted at the start!

I am a 5 as well, with a hint of 4a. The lack of any good lease deals is making trying to get the best deal to be a bit nerve-racking and mentally and emotionally draining. I only hope it will all be worth it in the end. It better! Wonder how much I could get for a kidney though. Hmm....

I may be at stage 2, but I'm tormenting myself whether I should place my order now and not get much if any discount from MSRP, or wait a couple of months when dealer inventories improve and they become more willing to give discounts...

But the big dilemma for me is the knowledge that starting in July, the 09 MY cars can begin the production process, so that's just 6 weeks from now.... So why not wait those few weeks?

My CA has been calling me trying to nudge me over the edge and place my order. He's not helping my situation at all...
