Thumbs up Hendrick BMW -- Cam Warren

Top Notch, great service. Smooth order and pickup. $500 under MSRP. Free floor mats, window tinting and car cover at cost. They even buffed out my first scratch two days after pickup (damn cats).

Highly recommend for any BMW purchase!!

OK, specs? I'm a Charlotte native by the way... Born and raised a mile from Southpark mall (long before it was built).

I agree. I dealt with Jeff from Hendrick. 100% professional and top-notch stuff from those guys. I ordered my 135i today so I'm about to start the waiting game but I recommend Hendrick to anyone. I got $200 under cost and free rubber floor mats. Have a great low monthly payment as well.

I'm so confused as to why I seem to be the only one on here that did not have a good experience with Hendrick! First off, very un-professional salesman and sales manager, and second, they wouldn't even consider discounting the 135i for me so I left. 4 days later they call me and decide they wanna work out a deal. Too bad for them though, because I ordered one several days earlier from Flow in Winston Salem, got $800 off MSRP with free floor mats, and got to deal with a great sales team. And it seems like everyone that I've talked to in Charlotte didn't have very good things to say about Hendrick BMW either. Am i missing something??

no you're not...Flow BMW is just an amazing dealership...we bought our X3 3.0i from them a while back after having a bad experience with Hendrick

FLOW IS AMAZING.

I haven't had good experience with Hendrick either and this is my second car from them. I think they are a bit arrogant for being the only BMW dealership in Charlotte. Thanks for the tip about Flow. I will certanly have them on my radar for my next purchase.
Hendrick BMW service department is OK. I'll give them credit for that.

Specs, yeah. Jet Black 135. Comfort Access was my only option.

I've bought from them before, and the trade value of the 330 was low. They gave maximum wholesale and showed me a list of the market. Trade-in is a never win, so, $500 off was probably a show of gratitude so I'll buy from them again.
