My mods may be somewhat different since my 1 will be a weekend/track car Like mprhead said, plenty of track time.

To Do List:

Intake - Helene Performance

DP- Riss Racing (Catless)

Exhaust - Corsa catback (once it's released)

Intercooler/BOV/Processor - Active Autowerkes

Front Strut Tower Bar/Short Shifter/Performance Seats - BMW Performance

Coilovers - TBD

Rear Sway Bar - TBD

Wheels- LTW5 (Unsure on size)

Tires- TBD (Leaning toward staggered setup)

LSD - Still up in the air.

That's all I can think of right now. I'm sure I missed something. I'm really looking forward to see the results of OLOA, to justify my spending. We'll see.

This thread
guided me... Alot of very knowledgeable peps on there and E90post all rave about the KWs... I also really like the quality and the adjustably of the V2s

When you don't know too much about a product you take advice from those that do...

Very interested to see your results. When are you doing these? I am in the same boat. Car is intended to be a track car and will not be used on a daily basis. I am also going AA for FMIC, and processor. Not sure yet of the benefit of BOV (can someone enlighten me?). I also want Riss Racing downpipe, but I am interested to know the impact on low down torque.

It'll be over a long period of time as money and the wife permit. I'm not sure about the BOV. I'll have to research the benefits, and see if it's a worthwhile.

my understanding is that if you are adding a processor that contains a boost PID controller then a good quality bov is necessary to provide for faster flow otherwise you either don't extract advertised power at WOT or hurt your compressor! that is why i never understand why people pick and choose. i would think all four things should be done in a single package or none at all (that is all intercooler, exhaust, ecu and bov upgrades). am i mistaken in my understanding here somehow?

Hey Addicts, I read some of your interests in a 135i performance intake

BMW currently does not have one to offer for the 135i (128i only), but I will get an answer from a BMW Performance Technician within a few days if you guys are still interested. As far as cosmetics go, I have black grills, CF mirror caps, and 1 tii (non pdc, non headlight washer) front aero bumper in stock.

Click here for Interior & Exterior Cosmetics!

As promised, I will match any dealer price on OE accessories and even beat them

Also, be very, very careful with your ECU flashes. My buddy who heads the Dinan department at Global Imports BMW (Atlanta, GA) says that Dinan ecu flash will automatically void the powertrain of the car. This came from him, so just be careful on what system you do. If you need further assistance with warranty concerns about ECU flashes, please consult a service advisor at a Dinan authorized dealership. FYI, BMW current does not offer ECU flashing. This may change.

Thanks guys!
