headlight adjustment?

I'd like to raise the headlights just a little bit to better suit the type of roads we drive on. Can this be done w/o messing up the leveling feature of the lights? In other words, I'd like to give the car a new "base" from which it can then self-level. This car has the lowest headlights I've seen on any of our recent cars.

Yes, the headlamps have an adjuster screw on the center/top, towards the rear of the housing. You can adjust this, and it will have no ill-effects on the auto-level feature...
