Hi everyone, new 135i convertible owner here (as of 2 weeks ago). Lease was up on the 3-series, so I traded it for the 135i. Blk sapphire metallic over black leather with black top. I work in New Tampa, so you'll see me driving around out there.

Hey guys, I drive a 09 VW GTI but I love the 1 series so much. I almost bought a 128 but ive been in love with the gti for awhile now. But I go to a big euro meet every thursday night at Pancheros on Ulmerton road in clearwater. 90% of the cars are vw's but I would to see some 1's out there. Or Ill meet up with you guys and go to your meet or do a shoot anytime. PM for my number

It's nice to see the number of local 1ers building up, I haven't seen many around until recently. I'm in my BSM/Coral 135i coupe, normally in the S. Tampa area.

Just a heads up, Saturday June 20th at DuPont Registry in St. Pete is Cars and Coffee. It's normally a couple hundred local exotics and it's nice to get some Bimmers out there too! The address is 3051 Tech Drive, Saint Petersburg, FL and it runs from 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. I know it seems very early for a Saturday morning, but it's always a good time. Hope to see some of you out there.

And for any of you locals into autocrossing or possibly interested, check out http://www.wedrivefast.com . They have events that run almost every month. Also there is http://www.fscbmwcca.org , our local BMW CCA chapter. Check those both out!

I've got a cousin in Tampa who's going to be joining the boards within a week. He's got a black E90 335i (pre-LCI) with the M-Tech kit installed.
He's going to be off from Med School for the next month so I'll be down there with him. Hopefully some good meets will be going on as I'll be driving down (stopping off in SC to visit the BMW factory).
