Spotted Ma - Page 59 - BMW 1 Series Coupe Forum / 1 Series Convertible Forum (1M / tii / 135i / 128i / Coupe / Cabrio / Hatchback) (BMW E82 E88 128i 130i 135i)

Saw a Sedona Red 135i with handicap plates on Rt. 128 the other day. Got off I-93 onto Rt. 125 following a white 135i (who I probably annoyed on the Rt. 28 North ramp to Andover, had a Lexus inches of my bumper and was a little bummed at the low speed he took the ramp).

What I found more interesting was pulling out of my development in Andover behind a strange looking RV (short, long) with a BMW Roundel. Had never seen/heard of a Vixen: http://stannerair.hypermart.net/Vixenhome.htm. It also had a sticker on it saying something about USA-built Vixen, 25mpg, etc. It looked in mint condition (at least compared to some of the ones I've seen checking out the classfieds).

Saw black 135i yesterday on 93 South, seemed unaware I was next to him in same car.

Saw black 135i today on 93 North, dude looked like a european car salesman (no offense in you're on these forums buddy!). Also unaware.

Saw silver 135i on a random trip to Marlborough. Yep, unaware as well.

The more these cars pick up in popularity, the smaller the chances owners are forum member 1'er fanatics.

LMB 135 on 495N early this morning. Exchanged waves. Looked like it was tinted and had aftermarket wheels. Really clean and nice color.

hey that was me in my Montego Blue. I finally get spotted!!!! Yeah I have alufelgens and moderate tint. Your car looked really good man.

Probably not on here but a black 1er going westbound on rt20 in the Sudbury area around 9:50 Saturday morning. Couldn't get a good look, but looked and sounded very stock.

Black '12 135i on 93 was me I believe? I drive 93n+s a lot... Commercial plates, dark tints, straight pipes and obnoxious driving style?...I live in Southie, any other guys down here?

Also, just spotted around 9pm tonight going north on 93 into the Callahan tunnel from Broadway in southie...black '10 135i tints and a SWEEEET quad exhaust setup...who are you? I need that exhaust!

Not a 1er sighting but a gave a thumbs up to. 328is today on 495N with TMS and a few other stickers. He then proceeded to ricer flyby in the right lane at 110+mph and weave traffic till exit 41B.

Dark silver/gray 135 at droppinng someone off at the Anderson/Woburn station a few days ago (in the AM), had what looked like a solid winter wheel setup on.

You - really noisy black LCI non-M on Masspike Exits 17 through 13. Driving like a textbook BMW asshat: multiple lane changes without directionals, sudden acceleration to 85mph or more in 55mph zone - only to drop to traffic flow speed 500ft later.

Me - CS (never the b-word!) '10 135i (those who know will understand whose car that really is), drove all the way at speed limit + 10, made maybe 1 lane change to your 10, and in the end took the exit ramp on your tail.

Maybe you just wanted to play? To be honest, I really don't know what's worse - trying to play on a highway with significant traffic, or just being a regular asshat.

Reminds me a little of how I drive these days lol

I don't commute my 1M and only drive it for the sheer pleasure. With the driving season being so far away, every green light turns into a brief g-force opportunity :P
