Hello fellow addicts. I pick up my 1er tomorrow. Thanks to all who have helped me keep my sanity while waiting the last couple months!! I must say I have a little sadness at the thought of trading in my E46 330 vert. It's been a very fun vehicle and I only hope my 1er is as good to me in the reliability category as the 330.

Man, the closer it gets to delivery day, the more and more painful these excited "tomorrow's the day" posts get.

I have to wait until Nov 2! My car has been sitting in NJ for 6 days already. The wait is all customs related. GRR!

Yep, did ED. Picked up 9/15, dropped off 9/28. Arrived in Jersey City, NJ on 10/19. Scheduled to arrive in Nashua on 11/2.

I had been stuck at the dock since the 10th due to an EPA/CARB hold up. It's in the past now though

Awesome. Do a walk-around, check for a cracked 3rd brake light, plus, scrutinize the paint, historically, paint can be AFU. Keep us posted, enjoy your hot rod.

Well, I picked it up today and......................... it's everything I hoped for and more!! The manual transmission is buttery smooth and effortless, until you want to hammer it. I'll post some pictures in the near future. The coral red interior is much more subtle in person than in photos. The moonlight roof compliments the white exterior nicely. I'm pleased.

Congrats, I have heard great reviews on doing ED, I will be picking mine up as well in december, can't wait. I'm excited, I'm sure you are as well.... Congrats.....
