Why BMW doesn't like 1 series owners?

For 2009 you can get financing on anything and everything other than 1 series (ok I'm leaving out the X6) and no CCA reward. What gives??

new model?

it seems that they'd be trying to get them out the door with financing deals if they really are losing money on the 1.

IMHO the 1 series is the hottest model on the lot right now, and they don't need incentives to sell them.

Have Fun,
Rick

Actually, that is the reason they love 1 series owners, we will pay more.

Exactly, plus the 1er is a niche car. The 3 and the 5 series are BMW bread and butter. I would go out on a limb and say the 1 is a ever more of a niche thing than the M3 is. Just my opinion though...

Yup, when I picked up my car my dealer told me my car and the X6 are flying off the lot (if they even have a chance to stay on the lot). Great deals on everything else however, including the 1-series convertible.

Very good point, and I actually kind of like it a little more because of that. Not that I plan to go out looking for chances to tromp other cars , but most everyone knows an M3 as soon as they see it. The 1er, on the other hand, doesn't necessarily draw attention to itself, and by the time it does, all the other guy (or girl) sees is taillights! :roundel:

Have Fun,
Rick

Its been like that for at least a few months.

as long as we keep buying the cars they arent going to put incentives on them.

when i bought mine they had 1.9% financing on everything EXCEPT the M3 and the 1 series.
