Outstanding SA - when I ordered my last BMW a 2001 325Xi he was the only person that responded to my email inquiries from Alaska. He worked with me and we did all the paperwork through email and FEDEX. I would get Christmas cards and the occasion note even though he hadn't seen me or heard from me since I picked up my car. As such when it was time to replace the 325Xi, I dropped him an email and he made it extremely painless. He worked it all out for our 128i M-sport, got an early production date (scheduled to be completed today 4 April) and didn't need to wheel and deal as he gave a fair price right off the bat. $750 over invoice. I highly recommend him.
