i was trying to play the Jet-Get Born CD in my car, but when i put it in it just displays MP3 up the top left hand corner on the display (dont have sat nav) and wont play anything. Other CDs work fine... anyone know why?

It's a copy protection feature, which was popular for a short lived period back a few years. A data track was placed on the CD which tricked computers into mounting it as data, and prevented the PC getting direct access to the CD tracks. This in turn prevented the tracks being ripped. I believe there was a small program that let you play it on a PC, but there is no such thing for the 1er.
Jet's Get Born CD is definately one of those that used the protection scheme.

The only suggestions I would have are to copy the disk to MP3 using some form of Ripper that can deal with it (I am sure someone's worked out how to do it, Google is your friend), and then write it back to a burnable CD.
But if you're going to that trouble, RIP a whole lot of your other CDs on to the disk at the same time, you should easily fit 10 or 11 CDs onto one disk.
