Scoop questions

I'm considering buying the scoops for a better air flow but I had some questions first...

1- Can we really feel the difference and under which circumstance?
2- Is it ok to go with the BMS intkage (cylinder not dual cone)
3- What's the best one out there?

Thanks!

I have a question to add to that:

Are these scoops meant to be driven in dry weather only? In other words, if driven in heavy rain, wouldn't there be a great risk of funneling a significant amount of water into the intake?

IMHO, scoops are good for 3 intakes....Riss Racing (full stage) the new Injen, and the stock airbox. Open intakes, vishnu, bms (single and dual), AFE, Riss STAGE 1, probably won't get a HUGE benefit. When your making air go through a sealed inclosure straight to a filter, i believe scoops can help.

As for rain, no worries....driving through lakes...maybe.

I've driven in some quite heavy downpours and have never thought twice about it. So, no problems so far.

With the stock air box,the air travels into the air box, and then up through the filter. I really can't see water traveling into the air box and then up through the filter.... as for the other intakes, I have no idea.
