Smile New to 135i Coupe

Just say hi to everyone here

Got my 135i coupe yesterday, spent an hour with the iDrive and drove around for half hour so far. Very refined car, the only thing is I am missing the sharpness handling on my rx-8 which is traded-in.

Has anyone installed the "suspension cross-brace bar" (such a long name on BMW website) on any 135i? Any comment?

Cheers,

Stephen

You should have kept your RX-8 for the Nationals coming on 8th August.

The Strut Brace doesn't fit a standard 135i properly, you would need to fit an aftermarket intake like a Riss Racing Intake for it to work. i have a Performance Strut brace at work, it really looks amazing in person, and when i get the car back when the Riss Racing plennums are delivered, i will be installing the brace at the same time, it will be a kodak moment thats for sure

Unfortunately I can't keep both cars here, and because of my previous job, the rx-8 is clocked for 80000 km in just 2 years. I'd definitely like to keep another rx-8 if I can get more than one parking lot Both Nationals for last two years I couldn't make there =__="

Andrew, Thanks for the hints. I may try to see if I can adopt to the handling characteristic of the stock 135i first and if not, the strut brace will be my first mod I need some more feeling from the steering wheel.
