Easiest way is to upload the image to imageshack or some other website.

Then click the "go advanced" box, right next to the post quick reply box. Then look for the insert image icon( with the mountain thing).

Enter your URL from imageshack.

You definately need help mate... Just save your photos to your PC desktop then access them from there..
