DSC malfunction?

I just got the DSC malfunction on my I-drive along with a DBC malfunction and active steering malfunction. Along with this my car felt like it went into limp mode too. I have read that this problem was caused by a steering wheel sensor. I made an appointment with the dealer but it isn't till the 20th !! My question is that with these faults; is my car inoperable? it sucks since we finally got sun and i want to drive my car plus what i paid for it should factor in too. What do you think? Thanks

Well you've lost some safety features on the car, which means in a low traction situation you might run into issues if you can't handle it, other than that I'd imagine that your car is fine.

Now if it went into limp mode you should get the engine icon, otherwise if it's just filling underpowered something else may be significantly wrong. I'm surprised your dealer can't see it for 2 weeks. Can't they at least check the codes for you and give you some idea of whether or not there is risk when running it in this condition?

whats weird is that i used my scanner to check codes and i got nothing. i only got the dsc/dtc light and an amber brake logo not red. but the above malfunctions listed were displayed on my i-drive. i want to drive it but i am worried of any further damage.

I just had the steering wheel sensor replaced - the dealer had to order the part in and wouldn't even let me drive off the dealership because the sensor controls many safety features of the car + other features like indicators and horn which they think it's unsafe to continue driving the car.

Same here, it came then went away for a few days but then it came on again and stayed on. Took it to the dealer the next day and they wouldn't let me take it home until it was fixed, they told me it wouldn't be safe.
