Canadian Spec M3 same as Europe or US

I'm not sure how exactly I should pose this question, but it's basically in regards to what type of lambda adapter I may need on the Akrapovic Exhaust... perhaps opt for a tune..

And hi guys, looking forward to officially join in 3 weeks time when the car finally arrives..

Edit: or for those who have a full exhaust, any issues in regards to CEL?

Found out through Ralf from his friend at M GmBH, for future reference, Canadian cars are same as US spec cars.
