Car is on the water!
Pleasant surprise.....my car shipped out yesterday, only 7 days after getting to the port of exit! Absolutely unbelievable!
It's on the Triton Highway...a K Line vessel...and is slated to hit the port on June 16. Looks like I may have the car before my initial projected build date of June 24. Hope to share some pics once she arrives! |

My 135i is on the boat with yours - and it sat at the port for one week as well. My CS Rep told me that the ship goes to Port Charleston, SC. Is that where your car is delivered as well? I don't know if the ship makes more than one stop??

Yes....being delivered to Charleston, SC. The last stop was at Southampton in the UK...now heading across the Atlantic. I think it stops at Baltimore, MD then Charleston, SC on June 16th. |

Can you let me know what site you used to figure out that your car was on a K line vessel? I figured out the Wallenius Wilhelmsen site, but could not figure out how to track on K Line. Thanks for your help.

I understand how to track the vessels once they have sailed, I guess my question is how do I determine what vessel my car is on? My 128 is at the port, but I have only figured out how to track it using the VIN if it is on a Wallenius Wilhelmsen vessel. If my car goes on a K Line vessel, is there anyway to figure out what ship it is on?
Thanks. |

Only your salesperson or client advisor can give you this info if it is sailing on another line....not even BMW of NA can tell you this once the car reaches the port of exit. All info comes from the dealer after that point.
