Holiday Season

Getting ready to order stuff, but remembered the holiday season is just around the corner. Around this time of year, it's hard to tell if I should order now, or wait and see if there's going to be any holiday deals.

I seek the consensus of the forum...

What is the likelyhood of good holiday deals? If its very likely then might as well wait and save some cash.
Also what parts are ya wanting, and whats the likelyhood of them having special holiday deals?

Well I know there are a lot of sales and special going on in the commercial section right now.

I guess there's no point to making it a secret, BMW Performance Suspension Kit, most likely from United BMW (Dan the man) since it's much, much cheaper than from anywhere locally.

Possible other purchases would be a cp-e exhaust, performance sideskirts, and waiting on a CF hood from 3D Design (due out late November).

I just don't wanna be kicking myself in the pants later if I bought some stuff, then a month or two later the price dropped by some percentage, or a few bills, or came with extras.

Not to pimp Dinan or anything, but I know they have 10% off all parts until the end of Nov. Might be worth getting a nice new intercooler or oil cooler. Other that that, it's been my policy to get what you want when you want for this type of thing. In the long run, you're not going to remember that you saved $100, but you will remember the joy derived from it. Otherwise, everything you do to a car, including it's original purchase, is a zero-sum game, since they all end up being worth $0 in the end, unless you never drive it and keep it locked in a vault.

I'm not in a hurry to get any of it; and it sounds like we're all pretty much thinking there will be holiday deals. I would like to order now...but I remember kicking myself for ordering a JDM Front End for my Integra, then a few months later seeing it offered with a free bonus; I think it was a cooling plate.
