Wipers and brake pedal
The other day it was raining and I noticed that when I'm stopped with my foot on the brake pedal, I can feel the movement of the wiper arm through the pedal. Anyone else noticed this? Is there something wrong with my car? This does not seem normal to me.

It's normal. This has been extensively discussed on these boards. Some say it's the brake drying feature while others say it's the wiper motor. I remember reading in one of the threads below where a guy posted a link from the bmw university to support the position that it's the brake drying feature, but the link doesn't work anymore:
