need a new hood. - BMW 1 Series Coupe Forum / 1 Series Convertible Forum (1M / tii / 135i / 128i / Coupe / Cabrio / Hatchback) (BMW E82 E88 128i 130i 135i)

Hello,

just got my 2008 135i conv two weeks ago and love it but wouldnt
you know. something hit my hood so I now have to huge gashes in it.
the body shop says it will be around 700 bucks..

so thinking maybe i should get a cf hood.

can anyone suggest one and keeping the cost around the same as
repair.

also any place I could take it in San Diego would be great.

i agree with nick and miro... it will cost a little more than the 700 buckaroos but i feel its worth the returns in looks.

#2 Who can I buy the Vor. vented hood from who will also paint and clear coat it for me before shipping? (im DSB by the way)

#3 Fits perfectly on 2010 models, easy install??

BRRacing also has the hood and I believe they don't sell Vorsteiner parts but I'm not positive about that.
