Dealers service?

So I got my car back today (had been with nameless dealer since sat for another fuel pump - PUMA) and noticed that my car was just as dirty as it went in and the washer fluid was empty... am i acting spoilt? or are those things part of the bmw benefit?

I always request that they don't wash my car, but generally I believe those things should always be done.

Unless you asked to have the car right after it's serviced, they should have had the time to clean it. It should be part of the service, tell them about it. I'm quite sure their big boss BMWNA wouldn't like to know it. They even clean my old rusted 318 when I bring it for exceptional repairs.

I brought mine in once to get the brake light fixed and the dealer told me, "your car's all set and cleaned and waiting for you out front." Only it hadn't been cleaned.

They cleaned it the last time, not well, but it was cleaned. Maybe they don't in the winter?

They had the car sat morning till Monday night; I asked them to look at the drivers wiper as it's bouncing but I'm not sure they did given the washer was empty to test.

I also now have a inch long crack where I had a small stone chip; and there's a noticible ticking from the engine.

I know most people still get theirs washed in the winter. The dealer by me has an indoor wash area. Also, larryn had his cleaned when it went in for service 2 months ago. You should def mention it to your CA/SA.
The chip.... are you talking about in the windshield??

consider yourself lucky that they didn't wash it.
