I work at a dealership and we have 2 different companies we use for wheel repairs. One strictly does just cosmetic repairs, he's cheap (like $40/wheel), however his work is not as good as the other company which does both cosmetic & bend repairs (although they charge typically $75/wheel for cosmetic repair). In the end, you get what you pay for. PM me if interested, I'm located in Naperville area.

Try Wheels America. They are in Arlington Heights - right off Algonquin Rd. near 83. I believe they offer a lifetime warranty.

Wheels America is a pretty popular choice, whatever you do make sure you inspect the repaired wheel in daylight before you pay for it!
