If they have some how "scammed" someone...that totally sucks, and I feel bad for them. But my experience has been great.

i have had my own bad experience with them. long story short, before i found out what was going on over there, i was in love with the exhaust as it was the best sounding on the market at the time. i contacted them for a quote, of which they gave me a bit of a discount, i wasn't ready to buy at that exact second. a week or so later when i am ready to buy, they tell me that the new price was $25xx+, which was double the original quote. i was also so rudely informed that they wouldn't honor that quote that they originally provided, and that i should pay for this ludicrous price for their self proclaimed "top of the market" product. i effectively told them to shove their pipes, well, you know where . . .

it amazes me how much shady and poor business practice takes place in today's world, and it isnt just the automotive world. sad.

Someone enlighten me please, I seem to be a bit confused.

Is GTHaus:
1) Selling replica systems and passing it off as legit
2) Selling authentic systems, but just delivering bad service
3) Other?

The way I understand is they were selling knock-offs as the real thing. A bit different from someone buying reps knowing they are reps. It'd be like paying $3000+ for BBS LMs and receiving LC LMs. Not saying LC makes bad wheels or anything, and I can't comment on the quality of the "fake" exhaust people were receiving from them, but either way it's deliberate consumer fraud.
