Was looking for a cheap car to buy....and wondered what turds, beaters, clunker, or hooptie vehicles E90 posters may secretly be driving. (or crave after).
![]() Post a pic of your turd ride. A fine GM product - 1990 Corsa LT with only 94k miles.... ![]() ![]() |

Here's my DD. I don't consider it a turd, but it has over 250k miles and still running strong (knock on wood).

<--------My avatar is my daily driver. I never understood why people bought a BMW that they LOVE and then drive around in a rusted box. Use the car, love the car, drive the car. OR don't use it and sell it to me!

For most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the BT Tool or Peake Research Tool. They contain the actual BMW codes as opposed to a generic OBII scanner. Pays for itself on the 1st scan. http://www.bavariantechnic.com/ OR

Agreed. I love cars but in the end of the day they are just cars, they were built to be driven

I've got a 99 Chevy Tahoe that I drive back and forth to the airport and use to pull our boat, tote around the constantly shedding dog, etc.
It's an amazingly sturdy and reliable gas hog (never been to the shop once in 100K miles for anything other than brakes and oil changes), but wouldn't call it a TURD.

My 335 is my daily driver.
I honestly think it is the best DD + Performance car around. Even lent it to a friend for about 10 days (when I was traveling) and he ended up falling in love with it (over his Cayman and LR2 combo). Cayman too harsh for Dubai Roads. LR2 too soft. |

Here's my winter beater/utility vehicle.
The body is solid, but the paint isn't as good as it looks in these pics. It's got about 150k on it, and I've got about $4300 in it right now. I needed something I could haul decent sized boxes in, and four adults from time to time, as well as get around easily in the snow, so an SUV made the most sense. I set out looking for either a 4Runner or a 4.0L Cherokee, and found the best deal on this. ![]() ![]() |

I see you aren't good at following directions, well done. Feel free to continue embarrassing yourself. This thread said "show us you turd" and you did. I agree your 1 and Vet are turds.
