Cost of mounting tires?
Hey guys, I'm doing a little financial analysis here to figure out whether I want to buy a new set of 17" wheels+tires for the winter or if I wanna put winter tires on my stocks...
I was wondering how much I should plan on spending to get the tires mounted on my stock wheels, get them balanced etc... thanks |

Call up a few local shops. I always got quoted between $60 and $100 but it somehow always ended up around $80. Labor is very expensive around here so those could be high for other areas.

We charge $15 per wheel to mount & balance which is on on the affordable side for Hunter Balancing. Most shops charge around $20-25 per wheel for generic balancing.
Use this link from TireRack.com for local wheel/tire shops. http://www.tirerack.com/installer/index.jsp -Charles@VMRWheels
