After tracking the journey my 135i took to america I saw my car was at the port on Thurs. Then Sat. my saleman emails me some photos of my baby saying its at the dealer and I should be able to pick it up in the next few days. I can't wait!!!! Congratulations....the pictures don't do it justice...best color!!! I just sealed the paint on my car after a wash, and the depth of the color is amazing!

Any reason you didn't go with the M-Sport pack? Didn't like the wheels maybe?

I made the deal on July 23 and I think he put in the order on July 26th? Plus there was a 3 week shut down in Aug for break so that delyed the car. So it was about 8 weeks instead of 6 it should of taken.

To me it wasn't worth the money. I already had to get the sport package due to I had the DCT trans so I got the sport seats and the 18" rims, and M steering wheel which i do like. So to add another $1300 and already have the same front spoiler since its a 135i I just felt it wasn't worth it. I got everything I needed with the sport package.

YEah I really like the salesman I was dealing with! He was no bulls--t! I told him what i wanted and he gave me his price which was a good one. Even gave me what I needed for my trade in (audi s4). he knew I was very excited about getting this car and was tracking its every move so when it came in he sent pics. Was a very nice touch! Yeah I should the crazy thing is I didn't even test ride it with the DCT. They didn't have any 1's at the time with that trans. But I did try a 2010 135i with the normal 6sp trans and it seem fine . So this will be a huge bounus for me! My buddy just bought a 135i convertible with a manual 6sp and I liked it! I am a manual type of driver but need the auto for the wife. I think the DCT gives me a nice compromise!

Thank you everyone Just made my pick up date for tomorrow 9/14 so I am going to be climbing the walls at work waiting! Its been a very long 8 weeks and I am ready for this car now! Once I take some pictures of delivery I will post them!

Lucky you. I ordered mine on July 24th. It still didn't get to the dealer. Yes it is been 8 weeks of waiting. Hope I will get it soon.

I live in NJ so the port it comes into is only 20 min away from the dealership. Maybe that is why I am getting it quicker? I know a lot of BMW's come into that port and then get transported out by rail or truck.

My car is coming into that port tomorrow then going down to my dealership in MD. How long did it take from the car arriving at the port to arriving at your dealership? Im hoping it's not at the prep center for more than a few days.
