Ive been looking at theses for a while, has there been any issues with the scoops covering over 1/4 of the airflow to the radiator, thru each kidney grill ????

Can somebody tell me? If I would go in a heavy rain chasing some car. Is there no risk that with scoops water will be sucked to the motor which can cause hydrolock?
